2. The Organisers accept no responsibility for accidents, theft or loss, whatsoever, arising out of the show. |

3. All horses and ponies must be 4 years of age or over. |
||
|
4. No entry will be accepted without the correct entry fee. Entry fees will only be refunded if withdrawals are made before the close of entries. Affiliated Dressage - Half of entry fee will be refunded if withdrawals are made before the close of entries. Affiliated Show Jumping - Withdrawals must be made in accordance with Rule 79.4 |

5. The Organisers reserve the right to restrict the number of entries per class. |

|
6. In unsponsored showjumping classes the lower prize money may be withheld (in accordance with BSJA Rule 76.6) in the event of there being less than 20 starters. |
||
|
7. The shows will be in accordance with BSJA/BHTAand/or BD rules and regulations. |
||
|
8. By making an entry in any class a competitor agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of West Wilts Equestrian Centre. |
||
|
9. Hats conforming to EN 1384/ASTM F 1163/PAS 015 and correct footwear must be worn at all times when mounted. |
||
|
10 No Entry signs must be adhered to or offending competitors may be asked to leave the showground. |
||
|
11. PLEASE KEEP ALL DOGS ON A SHORT LEAD |
||
|
12. Due to the close proximity of the road do not tie horses up to lorries unless absolutely necessary. |
||
|
13. PLEASE DO NOT SKIP LORRIES OUT ONTO THE CAR PARK |
||
|
14. Please use the litter bins provided for the disposal of rubbish |
||
|
15. Please park lorries and cars where directed in an orderly fashion |
||
| 16. ANY DISHONOURED CHEQUES WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL LEVY OF £10 ADDED TO COVER THE COST OF ADMINISTRATION AND BANK CHARGES |
