DIY LIVERY

£54.30 per week per horse payable on the 1st of the month in advance to include haylage.

Ancillary costs would be invoiced at the end of each month with the following months livery. 

Facilities Included in the basic livery

Use of indoor/top outdoor school and loose school when available, any lights would be charged to you at the current hire rates (Any persons using the school would be expected to clean up after themselves).Hacking in the fields when ground conditions permit – ensuring that horses are kept to the edges and off the competition tracks/arenas.  Restrictions may apply if too much damage is being caused. Use of turnout paddocks whenever ground conditions permit.

Shavings can be drawn from WWEC stocks and will be charged at whatever we pay plus 10 %.  Under current legislation shavings would be subject to 20 % VAT.  All items drawn from stock should be entered in the red yard diary plus any chargeable items recorded.

A stable or other area will be sub-divided for a number of DIY users which will allow hay and feedstuffs to be stored.  Feed must be stored in vermin proof containers.

 All equipment must be kept in storage areas not on window sills and around stables.

 Tack may be kept in the Blue Livery Tack Room but you should be aware that we accept no responsibility for its safety and if you do leave it on site it is at your own risk.

The horses should be insured for 3rd party risk. 

Lessons with WWEC instructors would be less 20% of the full  price.

 Hire of show jumps would be less 20% of the full  price. 

 XC schooling over course (after competition) would be less 20% of the full  price.

 XC schooling area would be less 50% of the full  price.
